Baron Oscar was born in Paris in 1880. He was the Emperor Napoléon III solicitor’s son. Since he was a child, his mother shared with him her taste for adventure and for travel, that is how he discovered Egypt, India and Indochina… Then, he became passionated by music and Art for which he was very talented. When he was 20, he started to learn the leather work with a famous Parisian luxuous suitcase maker, and since that time he had always dreamt to create his own brand… Later, he met a young and beautiful indigenous woman during a trip, and he drew a medallion representing this woman. This medallion had been carefully kept in a drawer for 60 years, until it was discovered by his grand-son, who decided to pursue his grand-father’s dream and revive it through a very fine range of spirits. And so was born the ‘Cuvée Prestige’ Extra Old of the Brandy Baron Oscar…As the Baron Oscar, this Brandy reflects both the opening on the world, and the French sophistication and Elegance!
