By collecting the best Calvados in the respect of the Normand tradition, we looked for an alliance into a sweet Calvados of ‘pays d’Auge’ and a stronger ‘Calvados Domfrontais’. Calvados is elaborated on a basis of eaux-de-vie from cider (apples).

Frank and sweet attack. Green apple aromas which provide a feeling of freshness. It opens with some spicy and woody notes. The aromas are sweet and delicate.
