By collecting the best Calvados in the respect of the Normand tradition, we looked for an alliance into a sweet Calvados of ‘pays d’Auge’ and a stronger ‘Calvados Domfrontais’. Calvados is elaborated on a basis of eaux-de-vie from cider (apples).
Old gold appearance. It has to be left 15 minutes in the glass before tasting it, to discover all its scale. Scents of dried fruits, notes of flowers, and an explosion of spicy aromas. Long and powerful flavour.
